REMEMBER

Pre-9/11 Fishing Event

 

Warrior's Weekend will be holding a fishing tournament we are calling "Remember" on April 17th in Port O'Connor, Texas!  This is for those who served in a combat zone pre 9/11/2001 which includes World War II, Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm combatants.  If you qualify for VFW membership, you qualify to attend this event.  You do not have to be a member of the VFW to participate.

Please Note:  We are NOT accepting Fly-Ins at this time due to current restrictions!!

There will be a dinner at the Port Lavaca VFW on Friday night the 16th and you will fish the next morning out of POC.  This is a real tournament and cash prizes/awards will be given!  There will be a meal after fishing @ the new 5D Steakhouse in POC where the awards will be given out.  If you live more than 50 miles from Port Lavaca, you will be provided room both Friday and Saturday night if you desire.
